InvoiceQuote is a free online invoice generator or free invoice maker for all businesses. Enter your business and customer details, add line items, choose a currency and payment terms, apply discounts, tax, shipping or custom adjustments, and export the finished invoice as a PDF.
The workspace also creates quotes and estimates, keeps a customer library and saved items/services, tracks receivables, records partial or full payments, creates receipts, and prepares payment reminders. Supporting images or PDFs can be attached as evidence and exported with the document.
Your working records are stored locally in the browser rather than in a cloud account. InvoiceQuote does not require you to upload your sensitive invoice documents, customer files or evidence ever. Exported invoices, receipts and record files are downloaded to your device, where you choose how to store or back them up.
Use automatic or manual numbering, save recurring customers and services, customize invoice layouts, monitor unpaid balances and overdue invoices, and export saved records in Word, PDF or Excel format. The online workspace does not place a signup or payment gate in front of these functions.
